Key Customer Outcomes 

KPI’s have been exceeded year on year. Since taking over the QC function, work in progress has reduced by 90%. 

The model has now expanded from 40 resources across 2 functions to over 160 resources across 5 functions and 2 key sites.  

The operation has allowed our client to focus on their core business whilst we optimize the pharmaceutical processes.
